Getting Started with TenantLink

Welcome to TenantLink

TenantLink gives your tenants a self-service portal to view their balance, submit maintenance requests, and communicate with you.

Inviting Tenants

  1. In LANDLORD, open a tenant record and click Invite to TenantLink.
  2. The tenant receives an email with a setup link (valid 72 hours).
  3. They create a password and can immediately log in.

Tenant Password Reset

If a tenant cannot log in, they can use the Forgot Password link on the TenantLink login page. A reset email is sent instantly.

If the tenant no longer has access to their email, contact PF9 support and we can issue a manual reset from the admin console.

What Tenants Can Do

  • View current balance and payment history
  • Submit and track maintenance requests
  • Download lease documents
  • Message their property manager
