Getting Started with LANDLORD

Welcome to LANDLORD

LANDLORD is your property management platform — tracking rent, tenants, maintenance, and Schedule E reporting in one place.

Step 1 — Add Your Properties

  1. Go to Properties → Add Property.
  2. Enter the address, property type, and purchase price.
  3. Add units if it is a multi-unit property.

Step 2 — Add Tenants

  1. Select a property and click Add Tenant.
  2. Enter tenant details and lease dates.
  3. Set the monthly rent amount and due day.

Step 3 — Record Rent

Each month, go to Rent → Record Payment and enter the amount received. LANDLORD tracks on-time vs. late payments automatically.

Schedule E Export

At tax time, go to Reports → Schedule E, select the tax year, and export the pre-filled Schedule E data as a PDF or CSV.
