Getting Started with INSPECTR

Welcome to INSPECTR

INSPECTR is your inspection management tool — build templates, conduct inspections on mobile or desktop, and generate professional reports.

Step 1 — Build an Inspection Template

1. Go to Templates → New Template.
2. Add sections (e.g., Electrical, Plumbing, Structural).
3. Add items to each section with pass/fail or scored options.
4. Save and activate the template.

Step 2 — Conduct an Inspection

1. Click New Inspection and select a template.
2. Fill in each item — add photos and notes as you go.
3. Mark items pass, fail, or N/A.
4. Complete the inspection to lock the record.

Step 3 — Generate a Report

Open a completed inspection and click Generate Report. Choose PDF or HTML format. The report includes photos, scores, and signatures.
